I’m specifically passionate about lifelong cookware and do my best to deliver very biased, but true, information about the horrors of chemical cookware.

Why? Because a large portion of the cookware industry is a powerful marketing machine pumping out loads of misleading information about materials like Teflon and PFAS chemicals.

Coated chemical cookware still makes up the lion’s share of cookware sold in North America and until this changes, it’s my mission to educate anyone willing to learn about the hidden dangers of using chemical-coated nonstick cookware.
